KeyToCharlotte.com, Inc. (the "Company") provides their products and services to you and these products and services are subject to the Terms of Use outlined below. Card Holder agrees that the “Company” is not responsible for any loss in the event a participating Merchant does not honor posted discounts offered to Card Members. Card Holder agrees to look solely to the Merchant in any dispute regarding the denial of said discounts and to hold the "Company" blameless from any claim arising out of the Merchant’s failure to honor said discount. Non-compliant Merchants may be reported to the "Company" via email to compliance@keytocharlotte.com.

Card Holder understands that each participating Merchant signs a one-year contract and that upon expiration a Merchant may choose not to renew contract with the "Company". Card Holder understands that upon change of ownership a Merchant's contract is voided and the new owner may or may not choose to become a participating Merchant.

Card Holder agrees to hold the "Company" blameless in the event of any error on this website. The "Company" reserves the right to make changes to this site, its policies, and these Terms of Use at any time. If any of these terms shall be deemed invalid or unenforceable, that term shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining term.

The "Company" will never share Card Holder information with outside companies for their promotional use. Email addresses are used to provide Card Holders with feedback and to inform them of updates and changes relating to their orders or accounts. Card Holders prefering not to be contacted may login to their account and unsubscribe from newsletters.

Card Holder understands that alcohol and tobacco is excluded at all Merchant locations.
