As a KeytoCharlotte.com Merchant Member, you will need to remember a few things that will keep Card Members coming back.

1. Make sure that your staff are aware that you are a KeyToCharlotte.com Merchant Member and what that means to your company.
   
   
2. Make sure that your staff know and understand the exclusions to the 15% discount you provide Card Members.
   
   
3. When you are presented with a Membership Card check the name and expiration date on the card. Your discounts are only valid for current Card Members. Cards may not be shared.
   
   
4. If you don't already have a KeyToCharlotte.com Merchant Member window decal, or would like another one, let us know and we'll send you one in the mail. Your window decal helps Card Members identify you as a KeyToCharlotte.com Merchant Member.
   
   
5. If you are a KeyToCharlotte.com affiliate be sure to keep your counter display stocked with numbered cards and request more before they run out.
